Heather Moses is a new member to the Prospect Chamber of Commerce, but not new to the community. She has lived in the Prospect/Goshen area for 20 years now and has raised her three children thru the North Oldham Schools campus. Until September of 2019, Heather spent the past 12 years working for Papa John’s International in various roles. Although, a part of her will always be with the Papa John’s family, Heather wanted to do more to help others in a full time capacity and especially when it comes to suicide prevention. Heather lost her late husband to suicide and knows first-hand the impact it has on the spouse and children left behind. So, in November of 2019, Heather made a heartfelt decision and joined the USA Cares team as the Director of Development. So, it goes without saying her personal experiences and passion to help others is why Heather is dancing for USA Cares!

USA Cares’ mission is to provide post-9/11 military veterans, current service members and their families with emergency financial assistance and post-service skills training that will create a foundation for long-term stability. Our services improve the quality of life for veterans and their families and reduce potential factors that contribute to veteran suicide.

Whether she is great at it or not, Heather LOVES to dance! And, she’s very competitive, so this is the perfect event for her to participate in. Plus, she’s always wanted to be a part of DWSP! She grew up dancing, cheering, playing numerous sports and her favorite activity in recent years is Zumba.

Heathers new husband (as of Aug. 2019), Jonathan and her three children, Kyle-21, Addie-17 and Jace-7, will all be there on March 1st to cheer her on, as well as many of her colleagues from USA Cares and numerous friends.

Heather is very passionate about raising money for USA Cares, especially with all we have going on in the world right now. Our troops need ALL of us to support them as much as we can right now.
